Welcome Dear Guests,

We are happy to have you as our Guest. Compliance with the rules below enable us to ensure that you have a peaceful and safe stay.

Hotel rules states the rules of conduct, responsibilities and provision of services during the time of one’s presence on the hotel premises. Both hotel guests and its staff are obliged to abide by the following rules and regulations.

  1. Hotel rooms are rented for hotel days.
  2. Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
  3. If the guest does not determine the length of the stay, one assumes that the room is rented for one hotel day.
  4. Late check-out is possible according to availability for an additional charge & the Guests must check with hotel reception the day before their departure .
  5. Extension of Guest’s stay will be ensured subject to room availability.
  6. The check-in procedure is completed only after showing valid identity card or passport, signing the registration card (RC) , and securing the future payment.
  7. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card upon check-in or collect a fee for the entire stay in the form of a cash deposit.
  8. The guest is obliged to settle the accounts prior to the Check in Time
  9. Cancellation fees are applied as following :
    • 30 days before arrival.
    • During the 30 days prior to arrival the hotel can charge the guest for whole amount of booking.
    • Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival and have not cancelled their reservation in advance, will be charged the full amount of their reservation booked.
  10. The hotel guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.
  11. Guests’ Visitors are welcome at Hotel Restaurant.
  12. The hotel offers the services according to its category and standard.
    • Diving activity
    • Travel and tourist information.
    • Safari Trips.
    • Transfer.
    • Safe deposits of valuable items during your stay at our hotel.
    • Luggage storage (we may refuse to store luggage at times when the person is not staying at our hotel or if the luggage does not appear to be personal luggage used for travel).
  13. Parking cars is permitted only in the places designed for this purpose.
  14. Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. daily.
  15. The quiet hours in the Hotel last from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  16. Guests and other individuals using the hotel services are asked to make sure their conduct should not disturb other guests. The hotel may refuse its services to individuals who violate this rule.
  17. Any Key loss, the guest will be charged and obliged to pay 200 L.E for the loss.
  18. Guests are expected to lock their rooms properly to prevent access of third parties. Upon leaving their rooms guests must close and lock the doors, and windows.
  19. The Hotel rooms and bungalows are non-smoking apart from a separate smoking zone (balcony, terrace, and the restaurant). Failure to observe the non-smoking policy will result in charging the Guest with the amount of 200L.E for air purification within the mentioned premises.
  20. Children under 12 should not be left on the hotel premises without adult supervision. Any material loss or damage caused by a child will be charged on their legal guardian.
  21. For no extra charge, the Hotel accepts pets. The owner of the pet is required to keep it on a leash in the Hotel premises and to remove any droppings left by the animal.
  22. In hotel rooms, it is forbidden to store dangerous goods – weapons and ammunition, as well as flammable, explosive or illuminating materials.
  23. If the Guest delays with the payments for the stay or does not pay for services provided, the Hotel has a statutory right to establish a lien on the property brought by the Guest to the Hotel.
  24. Additional charge for room cleaning not associated with atypical contamination is 350 LE (wall drawing, wood marks or scratches on the cupboards or commodes, etc.).
  25. Items left behind by a guest will be sent on demand by post at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. If not specifically instructed the hotel will store such items for three months and then donate them to a charitable cause (unless, other arrangements has been discussed).
  26. If no instructions are left, belongings will be stored by the hotel for 1 month.
